Service Description

All of us struggle with stress and everyday ailments as well as more challenging life experiences and transitions. Usui Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that helps to encourage emotional and physical healing. In this energy healing practice, I will help bring about holistic healing and balance. The word Reiki can be broken down into "rei", which means Gods wisdom or higher power and "ki" which is the life force energy. When combined, Reiki is the spiritually guided life force energy. This is not a religious practice and is safe and without side effects. Some of the benefits of Reiki include: alleviating stress, easing anxiety and depression and reducing pain. Reiki promotes clearing out stuck energy and/or old thought patterns so that we may be guided by our soul.
